This double storey addition and renovation of a beautiful old villa was made more challenging by the fact that that the owners lived in Asia during the design and construction phase of the project. Jaffa Studio was successful in providing them with a spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with fabulous outdoor dining and views to the adjacent park.
