My wife and I engaged the services of Andrea King-Jones in 2005/6 to provide us with designer/builder liaison services. Andrea provided us with a completely professional service in a timely and cost effective manner. From our very first meeting to the present day, we both felt comfortable and trusting with the energetic, colourful and exuberant Andrea.

From concept plans through to working drawings, consultations with builders and designer fittings-our expectations were always exceeded by this extraordinarily talented person. While the scope of the task at times seemed enormous, the communication and quick turnaround of plans and problem solving by Andrea ensured that we achieved our dream.

Although the architectural drawings and specification were fully detailed there were a number of occasions when a variation was required to improve the final result. Andrea was meticulous in discussing any variations and costs; some resulting in a credit, others incurring a cost. We were impressed by the integrity, professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail that Andrea brought during the planning and construction of the house.

Our entire engagement with Andrea has been professional, fun and trouble-free. She delivered on every aspect of our project, always ensuring that our interests were protected and our expectations were exceeded.

The relationship we enjoyed continues today. On the strength of our experiences throughout the building process we have no hesitation in recommending Andrea to future clients.
